Asked for a water cup because I was dehydrated and lightheaded and they said i have to pay for a cup to fill up at the water fountain or buy one from the vending machine. You would think if you needed water because you felt lightheaded they would do you a favor and fill up a cup for you at the sink but i guess i was wrong. Pay $280 for 100 days and get this kind of response is kind of ridiculous.

Im new to the gym and absolutely love the community there. The instructors are awesome and push me like I need. Thank you all for what you do!

This gym is honestly one of the most frustrating places I’ve ever been a member at, especially for $80 a month. The biggest issue is the way it’s run. Management sets the tone, and it’s terrible. Every time you walk in, it feels like you’re inconveniencing them just by being there. There’s zero friendliness, zero professionalism, and a constant attitude that makes the place feel uncomfortable. What’s even worse is how younger staff are treated. You can literally see them getting talked down to by Steve the manager, which makes the whole environment feel tense and awkward. It’s not the kind of place you want to spend your time. Then you look at what you’re actually paying for… and it’s a joke. The weight room hasn’t been updated in forever. Same old equipment, nothing new, nothing improved. The TVs are always broken, and if you ask about them, you get attitude instead of a solution. There’s never any music either, so the place just feels dead. For $80 a month, you’d expect at least basic effort—working equipment, a decent atmosphere, and management that actually cares. Instead, it feels like nobody’s paying attention and nothing ever gets fixed. Overall, it’s overpriced, poorly

Buyer beware! The class packs have a strict expiration date! The manager Steve was unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate any sort of circumstances. The weekend classes are difficult to book and parking is tricky because of the meters and other restrictions. I gave an extra star for the rest of the staff because the instructors are decent and the desk staff is helpful. However, overall a disappointing experience and will not be returning any time soon.

I have been using this gym for several years. They have all kind of amenities for you as a member, they have kids classes as well as camps. You will find a spinning Studio, a beautiful Yoga Studio (I love Jeanne’s classes). The coaches that do the clases for the kids are the most patient caring and energetic people you can find. There is also a well equipped weights, cardio, basketball courts, squash courts PLUS a day care ( Mrs Maggie is the best). You will get a lot back for your money in this gym definitely a place to join. The staff is very cordial and you do feel like family here.
